CHRIS BROWN HOPING TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR OTHERS

Chris Brown grew up in a small town in Virginia but the singer was able to turn his dreams into reality by becoming an R&B star. Brown is hoping to do the same for some other aspiring artists from Virginia in the future. The singer said, "I think it's great just to bring Virginia, just to bring the whole VA feeling.
